the RaMChaL In Derech Hashem, the RaMChaL details how the planets and zodiac, even the fixed stars all transmit an influence to the physical world, according to the WISDOM and WILL of the Holy One, in order to govern the world in Mercy and Justice. All the archetypal elements of earth, air, fire and water ( not the ordinary elements) are necessary for this world and its inhabitants to exist, and all are blessings from on high in order to experience Hashems' creation in this physical world. Aquarius is an AIR sign, although it means "water bearer", being the predecessor or the WATER sign of PISCES, in order to prepare the way for the dissolution of all the preceeding zodiacal signs' energies in the sign of universal chaos ( PISCES )
MAYIM
A beautiful saying and a most beautiful "blue" picture, of water in Mocean.
We are in Aquarius, and so it's a Water Sign. whether one believes or not in Astrology. I see that it all does connect, and certainly the significance of water is inchoate, meaning one can go very deep.
I would like to see more on Chabad that references environmental initiatives. There is a wide world out there, and that world, is deeply reflective of our inner world. The two connect, as reflection itself concerns "water".

When I see water, I say:
The Rebbe says in Hayom Yom that the Friediker Rebbe says that the Bal Shem tov says that when you see water you should say that the bal shem tov said that water is a siman bracha.
Its a bit longer but it is much more fun to say that.
